Recently, I found that Black & Decker 20v Vacuum clear was not charged well. So, I tried to recharge it again and got some spark on power cord. I detached it from power outlet and found that both copper wires were exposed. So, I checked it with multi meter for checking shortage on cord and on circuit. It seemed to be shorted somewhere. So, I cut the power cord with 1 inch buffer area and checked it again and there was no electrical short found. I opened the power adapter with Philips (-) screw driver and with hammer. Since power adapter was tightened with plastic notch, I needed to put physical shock to plastic case with (-) screw driver and hammer. I found that no condenser was damaged and no short on circuit. I did soldering again and assembled it tightly. Now it works fine and you should use it carefully not to make rotated cord like I did. --- 1. 현상: 충전거치대에 있던 청소기가 충전안됨 -> 충전기를 확인하다 보니 충전기에서 나오는 부분에 케이블이 벗겨져 있고, 구리선끼리 스파크가 생김. -> 빠른 대처로 아답터를 빼고
